Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order is processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us with your order number.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, missing or materially different product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs, videos or other information to verify the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds may be considered for orders cancelled before dispatch, damaged products, incorrect products, missing products, or other cases approved by Thamirabarani & Co. As our products are food products, opened, consumed or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return or refund, subject to applicable law.

Once approved, refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time required to reflect the refund may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

Please provide your order number, name, registered phone number, description of the issue and photographs/videos where applicable.
